To enable us to provide you with the best possible holiday, with the upmost care and support you need, from the meeting/pick up point to arriving home, we require as much information as possible. If you are new to Ability Options, we will visit you at home prior to your holiday. This enables us to introduce ourselves, explain to you what you can expect of your holiday and complete your care plan to enable us to provide you with the best possible support that’s right for you. If distance makes a home visit impractical, you will be asked to provide us with a full personal profile, detailing abilities, needs, and the level of care required, and we will complete our assessment remotely.
To book a holiday, please ensure that you read the terms and conditions thoroughly, if you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us. When you are happy then please fill in a holiday booking form and send it to us along with payment of your deposit. Our contact details can be found on our contact us page. Upon receiving your completed booking form and deposit, we will contact you to arrange your home visit.
